Excellent service.

Took in my dads F-150 to get the idler pulley replaced and for whatever reason they decided to “test drive” it even tho it was a noise complaint not performance based. They ended up destroying the rear axle and lying about how it happened, insurance got involved and the damages exceeded $10,000 so they considered it a total loss. Beautiful well maintained truck of a 13 years gone because of someone’s recklessness.

Friendly and kind. Fit me in when I had issues with my tires. Fully explained what was wrong and how they fixed the problem.

Needed a new tire to make a 200+ mile drive home. Thought I would be waiting a day or more before leaving. Longwood Tire got my new tire first thing the following morning, installed it quickly and I was on my way. Excellent service!!

Quick service for a last minute inspection need when our regular mechanics went out of business. Friendly staff.

Have used Longwood for over 5 years mostly for state inspections, oil changes and minor stuff. Recently had an exhaust leak and was charged $900 for a flex pipe AND a proposed $750 future charge for tailpipe/muffler. I contacted Blitz Auto in Kennett for a second opinion and was kindly sent by Blitz to Jennings Exhaust in Oxford as "they specialize in exhausts." The $750 became $400. The $900 was quoted by Jennings as "we probably could have cut and welded in a repair for under $200." Longwood certainly did not cut a customer any favors like Blitz did. Back to the Buyer Beware. YMMV but I now know who my future mechanic is.
